This course is offered with partners at <a href=\"http:\/\/hellorob.org\">University of Michigan (content author)<\/a> and Howard University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-ad2f72ca wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<a data-flickr-embed=\"true\" data-footer=\"true\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/michigan-engineering\/albums\/72177720309461494\" title=\"2023 Robotics Distributed Teaching Collaborative\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53013800779_5eabdcbe73.jpg?resize=500%2C375&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" alt=\"20Robotics Distributed Teaching Collaborative\"\/><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color wp-container-content-9cfa9a5a\" style=\"color:#057abe\">The <strong>Robotics Distributed Teaching Collaborative<\/strong> is an initiative designed to promote collaboration across campuses, to expand access to high-quality robotics education to diverse students.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In this course, students are introduced to coding in C++, a low-level programming language popular in engineering, graphics, and various machine learning applications (such as computer vision). We focus on learning <strong>ALGORITHMS<\/strong>, the foundational building blocks for autonomous systems, from robots to self-driving cars.
